Inventory programs, owners, and conflicting definitions. Produce a one-page signal map draft.
Week 2 — Baseline honesty
Establish pre-change measurements and document gaps instead of inventing zeros.
Week 3 — Metric families
Cluster adoption, reliability, and outcomes; retire vanity traffic from the primary view.
Week 4 — Visual hierarchy lab
Build overview, drill, and exception strips in your preferred BI tool.
Week 5 — Narrative pack
Translate the scorecard into a steering script with annotated screenshots.
Week 6 — Live critique
Present to a mock panel. Revise based on objections about clarity and fairness.

FAQ

Which tools do you teach?

Concepts transfer across Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, and similar platforms. Labs accept exports from the stack you already use.

Do I need SQL?

Basic joins help in week three. We provide prep exercises, but this is not a SQL bootcamp.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not implement production data pipelines or guarantee executive buy-in. If your organization refuses to agree on definitions, a polished scorecard will not resolve that politics — we only make the disagreement visible earlier.

Are sessions live in Malaysia time?

Yes. Cohorts schedule evening labs in MYT, with recordings for missed weeks.
