“Week 4 forced us to delete half our tiles. The remaining adoption funnel view is the only chart our COO asks for by name.”

Build overview, drill, and exception strips in your preferred BI tool.
-
Week 5 — Narrative pack
Translate the scorecard into a steering script with annotated screenshots.

Instructor
Aisha Rahman
Former analytics lead for a Southeast Asian digital bank. Aisha now coaches PMOs on scorecard design from DataSignal Tools’ Petaling Jaya studio. She focuses on metric contracts and visual restraint over chart novelty.
Learners on this course
Strong on visualization critique. Weaker if you hoped for deep data-engineering pipelines — that is intentionally out of scope.
FAQ
Which tools do you teach?
Concepts transfer across Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, and similar platforms. Labs accept exports from the stack you already use.
Do I need SQL?
Basic joins help in week three. We provide prep exercises, but this is not a SQL bootcamp.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not implement production data pipelines or guarantee executive buy-in. If your organization refuses to agree on definitions, a polished scorecard will not resolve that politics — we only make the disagreement visible earlier.
Are sessions live in Malaysia time?
Yes. Cohorts schedule evening labs in MYT, with recordings for missed weeks.
