Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid enrollments with DataSignal Tools confirmed by invoice or written agreement. Website browsing is free; no checkout occurs on this site.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed course fees paid to DataSignal Tools. Complimentary seats, partner vouchers, and third-party marketplace purchases (if any) follow the terms of those arrangements instead.

Timeframe for full refund

You may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment clearance, provided the live cohort has not started and you have not downloaded more than the orientation packet. Requests after the cohort start date are assessed under partial refund rules.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the first live session but before the midpoint of the program, we may issue a partial refund equal to 50% of the tuition paid, minus any non-refundable items listed below. Withdrawals after the midpoint are generally not refundable, though we may offer a transfer to a later cohort when seats allow.

Non-refundable items

Administrative setup fees stated on the invoice, third-party exam vouchers, printed materials already shipped, and privately scheduled on-site facilitation travel costs already incurred are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@datasignal-tools.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to a Malaysian account you nominate. Processing typically completes within 14 business days after approval. Currency conversion differences on international cards are outside our control.

Cancellation by DataSignal Tools

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no extra tuition. If we reschedule by more than 21 days and you cannot attend, you may request a full refund of tuition paid.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions for documented medical emergencies or mandated relocation. Exceptions are discretionary and may require supporting documentation. Abuse of the refund process may result in denial of future enrollments.
