A Petaling Jaya–based logistics group entered Scorecard Lab with four dashboards that disagreed on “active digital booking.” Through Metrics Visualization Studio modules 2–4, they wrote a metric contract, rebuilt a single funnel view, and retired two overlapping Power BI workspaces.
Twelve weeks later, their steering pack opened with one overview and a reliability strip for API uptime. They still maintain a separate finance export — the studio does not claim to replace every system — but executive questions now point to one definition.
